- Self Love is not about denying who you are or sacrificing yourself so much that you forget your own needs and desires.
- You give to others abundantly and yes, you also make sure you give to you.
- Remind yourself that you’re worth it!
- Decide right now that one of your important life goals is of personal expansion and growth because it really is.
Loving Relationships:
- Surround yourself with people who are non-abusive and who recognize your worth.
- Self Love means recognizing your own worth and living it.
- You engage in activities and with people who give you a sense of pleasure and meaning.
- Find meaning in your life and carve out special moments.
- Allot some quality time and space just for you because you deserve to.
How would you treat a loved one, a dear friend? Can you say that you treat yourself as well? Care for you as you would a loved one, that special person in your life. As you do, you create that love energy and you model to others how you want to be treated, thereby bringing those people into your life that will treat you as the special person that you truly are.
