often neglect to treat ourselves with the same devotion and
care that we shower on our loved ones. Even if there are other
people around to remind you of your own worth, take time to
do so for yourself.
You can contribute to how you feel about you and build up
your self image. Decide to find little ways to reward and
appreciate you whether it's buying yourself a small present
while you're out buying a gift for someone else or setting
time aside to de-stress or participate in your favorite activity.
Remember to pamper yourself and recognize that it's important
to do so.
No matter how hectic and fast-paced your life is, make time
for exercise and relaxation. Reward yourself with a massage,
a good book or relaxing CD or phone time with a friend just
because . You don't need a reason; just remember you're
worth it. Giving your self the gifts of relaxation and appreciation
will pay off by contributing to your good health and enhancing
your mood.
