Are you the master of you? You are a creator supreme (even when you doubt it). And yet, what are you creating? Are your words, actions and values aligned?
You can maximize your creative potential by acknowledging and using your personal power.
Personal power is the ability to create what we desire. Our goals are achieved with our will and our willingness. We have influence in our world and with other people and in our actions. We know that our lives have purpose and we feel fulfilled.
It’s not always easy to remember to live from our highest self-vision, yet the closer we are to that vision, the closer we are to our birthright and our highest potential.
Step into your own Self Mastery with these 3 basic steps:
1. Acceptance:
You accept personal responsibility for whatever you put out in the world. What is often the most difficult is the self-acceptance part. That’s acceptance of you no matter how far along you are on your journey and regardless of your past mistakes. If you’re like me, you’ve made many. We judge ourselves more fiercely than we judge others.
I always suggest to my business and personal coaching clients, that they look back on the mistakes of the past, only to forgive themselves. Practicing self-forgiveness lightens the heart and clears the way for new energy. And if you’ve learned something from them, that’s great too.
2. Self-Control:
For many people self-control is an ugly concept. Think self-management instead. It’s essential to have in moving yourself forward no matter if it’s about staying fit, eliminating a destructive habit or launching a new career or a new business.
When we feel and are in control of our lives, we gain personal mastery over ourselves. And it’s also about controlling the inner demons that interfere and try to limit our power.
3. Integrity:
When you stay true to your principles and values, you’re in integrity with your highest truth. Our influence increases when we communicate sincerely and with integrity. People align with us because they value what we say and what we stand for.
Consider if you stand behind your own values. We represent our own truths through our personal expression that’s reflected in everything we do. What truth are you living today?
